Assignment Planning
Assignment Planning consists of an in-depth Security Assessment of the site, which involves:
- Understanding our Clients needs and requirements
- Qualitative research of the local area
- Identifying security weak-spots
- Confirming the site instructions
- Emergency contacts and procedures
- Confirming the duties of the Security Officer(s)
Quality Assurance and Client Liaison
Once an assignment has commenced, the Client will have a member of the Management Team
designated as the key point of contact for all matters relating to the Assignment.
This allows for a consistent approach and support in the early stages of the assignment.
Meetings between Albiz Security and the Client are seen as mutually beneficial and a schedule of
meetings is agreed at contract commencement. Additional meetings outside of the regular scheduled
visits can be called at any time at the Client’s request.
Reporting Procedures
Albiz Security will provide and maintain standard documentation necessary for the control of
each assignment.
Written reports are produced on a daily basis. The following reports are produced in agreement with
the client:
- Check Calls
- Daily Occurrences
- Defects Reports
- Vehicle Logs
- Visitor Logs
- Search Register/Reports
- Key Registers
- Incident Reports
- Accident Reports
In addition to basic records and reports completed by the Officer(s), any incidents on site are
investigated in full and a written report is prepared for the Client by the Operations Manager.
